Do you want exciting music and perfect sound at your milonga?
Milonga tradicional with well-curated Tandas and Cortinas, preferably from the Epoca D'Oro of Argentine Tango.
Being a tango DJ doesn't just mean playing four tangos from an orchestra and then playing Cortina music as a break.
When preparing a milonga, it is important to me that the titles of a tanda are consistent and that they create a sense of tension, just like the entire tango evening.
The mood of the tangos and tandas, the recording date, the singers, everything has to fit together and should be predictable for the dancers.
For me, a beautiful milonga must have captivating and simple tandas, melancholic, joyful, rhythmic, lyrical, surprising and complex tandas.
My art as a DJ is to mix these tandas in such a way that the dancers' energy and their desire to dance are constantly renewed.
For me as a DJ, this means planning my tandas carefully, but also always paying attention to the mood in the hall during the milonga and reacting accordingly.
The most beautiful thing for me is when the dancers are called onto the stage again and again by my choice of music.
The selection of Cortina music also influences the atmosphere in the milonga.
I pay attention to stylistically consistent Cortinas that the dancers know and that captivate them.
I am available for you as a DJ and will organize a traditional milonga with a well-stocked selection of tandas and cortinas.
I play for you the original music of the Epoca D'Oro of Tango Argentino from the 1930s to the 1950s - 100% danceable and foot-tapping.
A good mix of tandas from Donato and Biagi to Fresedo and Di Sarli ensures that there's never a dull moment on the dance floor.
I play for you from a selection of thousands of different tracks.
If you wish, I can alternate between playing vinyl records and 78 rpm shellac records, played on an original gramophone from 1940.
I will always display the currently playing track, the orchestra, the singer, and the recording date, as well as a cover photo of the orchestra, on a projector or monitor.
